Sr Chris, many deep thanks for your words of reflection on the “Act of Spiritual Communion.” I have struggled with that prayer this year, and have wrestled with the words you have beautifully proclaimed. I get solace and strength from your revision. While there is beauty in the prayers of the Saints, they are written in times much different from our own.
